At a Glance

Treehouse Hotel London is a playful, design-led hotel in Marylebone, central London, with a fun treehouse-inspired feel that makes it stand out from a typical city hotel. We love its central location, quirky interiors and family-friendly atmosphere, with Regent’s Park, Oxford Street and London’s biggest attractions all within easy reach. It’s a great choice for families wanting a stylish London stay that feels a little more special than a standard chain hotel.

Why families will love it

  • Treehouse-inspired rooms: Quirky interiors and playful design make the hotel feel like part of the adventure rather than simply somewhere to sleep.

  • Brilliant central location: Set in Marylebone, with Oxford Street, Regent’s Park and some of London’s biggest attractions within easy reach.

  • Family-friendly dining: The hotel has several places to eat, making it easy to grab food without having to venture out after a busy day sightseeing.

  • Great for city adventures: The central location makes exploring London by Tube or on foot straightforward, with plenty to keep children of different ages entertained.

  • Something a little different: The fun, nature-inspired design makes this a memorable option for families looking beyond traditional London hotels.

Best for: Families with toddlers, older children and teens looking for a fun, stylish city stay with plenty to explore.

Nearby: Regent’s Park, London Zoo, Madame Tussauds, Oxford Street, Hyde Park and the West End are all within easy reach.

Family Accommodation

Family rooms from around £300 per night

Treehouse Hotel London doesn’t have traditional dedicated family rooms, but its Standard Twin Room has two double beds and can accommodate up to four people, making it the most straightforward family option. There are also Deluxe Studios and Superior Suites, which offer more space for families, while cots are available free of charge and extra beds can be requested for £50 per person per night, subject to availability.

Transport

Treehouse Hotel London is in central London’s Marylebone, so a car isn’t necessary and most of the West End is easily reached on foot or by Tube.

  • Nearest Airport: London City Airport, approximately 30–45 minutes by car depending on traffic. Heathrow is around 45–60 minutes.

  • Nearest Tube: Oxford Circus Station, approximately 6 minutes’ walk from the hotel, with excellent Central and Victoria Line connections. Bond Street Station, around 10 minutes’ walk, providing access to the Central and Jubilee lines.

  • Nearest major railway station: London Euston, approximately 20 minutes by Tube or taxi.

Good to Know

  • Leave the car at home: Treehouse Hotel London is exceptionally well placed for a family city break, with Oxford Street, Regent’s Park, restaurants and shops all within walking distance and excellent Tube connections nearby.

  • Parking is limited: If you are driving, check availability and the current parking charge with the hotel before travelling, as central London parking can be expensive.

  • Make the most of the location: Regent’s Park, London Zoo, Madame Tussauds, Oxford Street and the West End are all within easy reach, so you can build a full itinerary without spending your day travelling across London.

  • Breakfast costs extra: Breakfast is available at the hotel but isn’t always included in the room rate, so check your booking before you arrive. Eating locally can also give you more choice and potentially better value for families.

  • Consider midweek stays: London is particularly busy at weekends and during school holidays. A midweek stay can be a good option for a calmer city break and potentially better room rates.

Treehouse Hotel London is a TLAC-approved city stay for families who want somewhere a little different. Its playful treehouse-inspired design makes the hotel feel like part of the adventure, while the central Marylebone location makes exploring London with children wonderfully easy. We particularly love it for families with older children who will enjoy the quirky rooms, brilliant food and easy access to Regent’s Park, London Zoo, Oxford Street and the West End. It’s not the cheapest family hotel in London, but for a memorable city break where the hotel itself adds to the experience, it’s a strong choice.
