The Courtyard has been beautifully restored from a historic stone barn and offers an impressive amount of space for a larger family group. Five bedrooms are spread across the property, with every bedroom having its own ensuite bathroom, making it particularly well suited to grandparents, parents, children or multiple families holidaying together.
Family-friendly features: A travel cot, highchair and stairgate are available on request. There are baths in three of the ensuite bathrooms, which is particularly useful for families with younger children. The property also has plenty of outdoor space and a large kitchen designed for cooking for a group.
Dogs: One dog is welcome free of charge, subject to the property's conditions.
Practical: Private parking for up to six cars and an EV charging point are available. Underfloor heating, WiFi, electricity, bed linen, towels and wood-burner fuel are included. There's also a washing machine and tumble dryer.
Good to know: The Courtyard can be booked alongside The Coach House and The Apartment at Glaneirw Estate, creating accommodation for up to 21 guests. This makes the estate particularly appealing if you're planning a large family gathering, milestone celebration or several families travelling together.

Good to Know
A car is a must: This is a rural estate, so you'll want a car for beaches, supermarkets, restaurants and exploring the wider Ceredigion coast. There is plenty of private parking on site.
The farm shop is on site: Glaneirw has its own farm shop selling fresh eggs, seasonal vegetables and local produce, open Monday to Saturday.
Beaches are a short drive away: Mwnt is around 15 minutes by car, Penbryn around 10 minutes and Tresaith around 20 minutes. Tresaith is particularly special, with its waterfall running directly onto the beach.
Great for big family groups: Five ensuite bedrooms mean grandparents, parents and children can all have their own space, while the large kitchen and open-plan living area give everyone somewhere to gather.
Look at term-time dates: Short breaks are available in the shoulder season, making this worth considering for families with preschool-age children who can travel outside the school holidays.
